"Sean Collins must the worst agent out there . If someone ask you to set up a policy for your ex wife do you do that without her consent ? You just do it ? You as agent Don't call your customer with any questions ? You don't ask them how they will be paying for their own auto policy ? You leave billing to previous customer which is me ,for months ?? Seriously ? Than You and acting like you know everything and treat people with disrespect?! Every time I called I've heard the same answer : it was sent to underwriters and than eventually I will get credit for months i paid on that car ! Month after month ,same story . Well ,4 months later Mr Sean asked me the stupidest question : why would be paying on it ? Well, maybe because Your agency told me to wait and I'll get credit ?? . And why I was paying on it ? Because my other 2 cars were on automatic payments so maybe that's why Sean. I filed official complain with State Farm today and also asked for New Agent , I just can't deal with unprofessional people like you . You are the most Arrogant and Incompetent person I talked to over the phone ."
